The Responsibilities are to provide strategic financial advice across a huge variety of financial products and services (debt management, cash management, insurance coverage, investments). Assess the client’s overall financial picture, understand their needs and develop a solid financial plan. Guide clients towards a profitable and secure financial decision with the customer’s financial interest at the forefront of the process.

Cultivate client base and build win-win relationships to provide an excellent level of service and sustain long-lasting relationships.

A significant aspect of networking to generate leads and grab opportunities to sell mutual funds, stocks, bonds etc to meet sales quotas and exceed targets.

It is important to keep abreast of new industry trends and research the markets to back up financial consulting. You will oversee the course of the financial plan and update it, if necessary, to ensure profits and security measures are implemented.

You must comply with all industry rules and regulations – especially the FCA, as financial planning activities are highly regulated within the UK.

You will liaise with other investment providers and solicitors on a regular basis.

Requirements: Proven working experience as a financial adviser, controller, planner, specialist or relevant experience track record of successful financial guidance. The ability to analyse market’s financial data and to provide appropriate data-based advice. Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills. Accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to explain complex information clearly and simply. Excellent PC knowledge and ability to operate database systems.
