We are actively seeking motivated and talented graduate trainees to join our wealth advisory team within a leading global investment management firm.

In the role of a wealth advisor, you will collaborate with high net worth individuals and families, tailoring investment solutions to align with their financial objectives. Your responsibilities will include cultivating and sustaining client relationships, identifying investment prospects, and delivering outstanding service.

Our organisation provides an invigorating 3-month training and induction programme, arming you with the essential skills and knowledge required for success in your role. This includes mentorship from seasoned team members, participation in interactive workshops, and gaining practical experience in client interactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with senior wealth advisors to offer investment advice and recommendations to clients.
  • Conduct comprehensive research on various investment opportunities and present findings to clients.
  • Establish and maintain robust client relationships, understanding their financial goals and objectives.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of comprehensive investment plans for clients.
  • Continuously monitor and assess clients' investment portfolios, making recommendations for adjustments when necessary.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support to clients.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve collective goals and objectives.
  • Travel internationally, as required, to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Qualifications/Certifications:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
  • Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.
  • Exhibit a strong work ethic and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other financial software.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally as needed.
  • Possess Certified Level 4 FCA regulatory certificates.
