As a trainee compliance officer, you'll work closely with experienced compliance officers and senior management to ensure our company adheres to relevant regulatory and legal requirements. Responsibilities:

• Play a key role in developing, implementing, and monitoring policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance, while also enjoying excellent benefits.

Requirements:

• Hold at least a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as law, business, or finance.

• Show willingness to learn and tackle new challenges with enthusiasm.
• While knowledge of insurance industry regulations is desirable, it is not essential.

If you meet the requirements and are selected to join our team, you'll be offered a 24-month contract with a starting salary of £30k, increasing to £45k within the 24-month contract, exclusive of bonuses and incentives.
