Key Responsibilities:

2. Aiding in the preparation of pitch books, financial models, and client presentations.
3. Engaging in due diligence activities, encompassing financial and operational analysis, to facilitate transaction execution.
4. Assisting the team in cultivating relationships with clients and industry professionals.
5. Collaborating with senior team members to craft proposals and marketing materials.
6. Keeping abreast of industry news and market trends to identify potential business opportunities.
7. Working collaboratively with other departments within the organization to ensure seamless and efficient transaction execution.
